My mouse keeps dying then out of nowhere it starts moving again. Some one help me. It freezes in place and then unfreezes. Can any one help?

This happened to me. On my laptop what I did was I shut it down so many times but that didn't work but then what I did was relog on your computer and it worked =\ or maybe I just closed me laptop for alittle for a break I can't recall but if that doesn't help. Google ftw
